VibroAcoustic Therapy

Vibroacoustic therapy (VAT) uses low-frequency sound waves (typically 30–120 Hz) delivered through specialized beds, chairs, or mats to stimulate the body's tissues. By translating sound into gentle physical vibrations, it helps reduce pain, relieve muscle tension, and lower stress.

Our Approach

Introducing - Sensorial Immersion℠ @ MSB

What to Expect During Your Sensorial Immersion session

Your Sensorial Immersion session is designed to support deep relaxation and nervous-system regulation through gentle, multi-sensory stimulation. You will be guided into a calm environment where sound, ambient lighting, therapeutic aromatherapy, and intentional touch work together to create a grounded, tranquil state.

You may remain fully clothed if you don't want the rain drop therapy (the scents will still be delivered), and all sensory elements are adjusted to your comfort. This experience is not medical treatment or massage, but a relaxation-focused wellness service intended to reduce stress, quiet the mind, and support overall well-being.

Please share any sensitivities, preferences, or areas of discomfort prior to your session so your experience may be fully tailored to you.
